For Students
How do I apply for a project?
Go to 'Open Requests', find a project matching your skills, and click 'Apply'. Fill in your cover note and click 'Submit Application'.
How do I communicate with a business?
Once your application is accepted, you can chat with the business through the Chat section of that collaboration.
What if I cannot complete a project?
Contact the business through chat or reach out to support. Incomplete projects may affect your reputation rating.
How do I submit my work?
In the Collaboration section, write progress reports and final deliverables. The business will review and approve or request revisions.
For Businesses
How do I post a task?
Go to 'Post a Request' in your dashboard. Fill in the title, description, category, difficulty, and expected outcome. Submit for posting.
How do I select a student?
View applications on your request detail page. Review each student's profile and click 'Accept' to hire them.
How do I communicate with a student?
Once you accept their application, open the Chat section to communicate during the project.
What tasks can I publish?
Tasks related to marketing, design, finance, research, web development, social media, content, and more. Be specific about deliverables.
Safety & Rules
What is inappropriate behaviour?
Harassment, discrimination, abuse, or any disrespectful conduct. This will result in account suspension.
Is spam tolerated?
No. Spam, phishing, or misleading content violates our terms and will result in immediate removal.
How is intellectual property handled?
All work submitted belongs to the business. Students grant full rights upon project completion and payment.
How is personal information protected?
Your personal information is encrypted and used only for platform operations. We never share it with third parties.
